Finally got on my blog page. Hope your cool, well i'm really happy at the moment as I recently found out about a campaign called 'Visible Women'. I have spoken to some people involved and it sounds fantastic!
Visible Women aims to help students to overcome challenges such as under-representation of women in certain industries. Women as well as men want to be succesful in everything they do and do not want to be limited by employers, so Visible Women aims to :
Showcase companies/organisations that encourage more women at every level of
employment.
Recognise senior female role models
Create networking opportunities for students and recent graduates to successfully
enter into the labour market

When I read the manifesto I was overjoyed to know that such a thing is actually taking place. I just think it's great!
